UGC Crash Course ("the Course") Offered by BHF Digital Media ("we," "us," "our")

Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully. By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in the Masterclass, you ("you," "your," the "Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Masterclass.

1. The Course

The Course is an educational training that provides information, frameworks, templates, and guidance related to user-generated content (UGC) creation and building a UGC business. It may be delivered live, pre-recorded, or as downloadable materials, along with any accompanying resources we choose to provide (collectively, the "Content").

We reserve the right to modify, update, or improve the Content and its format at any time.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All Content — including but not limited to videos, recordings, slides, workbooks, templates, scripts, frameworks, written materials, graphics, and any other materials provided as part of the Masterclass — is the exclusive property of BHF Digital Media and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We own all rights, title, and interest in the Content. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Content to you.

3. Your License to Use the Content

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Content for your own personal and educational use only.

This license does not give you any ownership rights, and it may be revoked at any time if you violate these Terms.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not, directly or indirectly:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or share the Content in any form;
Sell, resell, license, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercialize the Content;
Share, forward, or provide your access, login credentials, or the Content to any other person;
Record, screen-capture, download (except where explicitly permitted), or screenshot the Content for the purpose of distribution;
Post the Content publicly or in any group, forum, membership, or social platform;
Use the Content — in whole or in part — to create, market, teach, or offer a competing course, program, coaching, or product;
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; or
Claim the Content, or any framework or material within it, as your own.

The strategies, skills, and general knowledge you learn are, of course, yours to apply in your own business. What you may not do is redistribute or repackage our actual materials.

5. Enforcement

Any violation of Sections 3 or 4 may result in the immediate termination of your access to the Masterclass without a refund, and may subject you to legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief. You agree that we are entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred in enforcing these Terms.

6. Payment

The price of the Course is $97. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is expressly offered and agreed to in writing. All prices are listed in [USD].

7. Refund Policy

Because the course provides immediate access to digital educational content, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of access and may be pursued as a breach of these Terms.

8. No Guarantees & Results Disclaimer

The Masterclass is provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific results, income, brand deals, or level of success.

Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, consistency, skill, market conditions, and timing. Any examples, earnings figures, or results referenced (including our own or those of past participants) are not typical and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same.

The Content reflects our own experience and opinions. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for consulting qualified professionals where appropriate.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your purchase. Continued access to the Content after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [Virginia, USA].
